REALTOR® Azita Sobhani loves her work. In fact, when asked about her hobbies, her first response is always “Real estate, of course. It’s like chocolate to me.”

Among the many things she loves about real estate, negotiating and putting beneficial deals together for her clients heads the list.

She’s well known for getting her listings sold quickly and for top dollar, while also being extremely patient when helping buyers find just the right house. She provides sound information and advice but never pushes.

Her skill in handling negotiations pays high rewards for her buyers as well as her sellers. In the craziness of multiple offer situations, her clients’ offers are successful 95% of the time.

Azita first came to real estate as an investor, learning how to negotiate the best price when buying and how to repair, fix up, and present a house for top dollar when selling. Over time, she has built a list of inspectors, contractors, cleaners, estate sale managers, and others who are expert in helping her and her clients buy and sell advantageously.

Whether sellers need help preparing a home for sale or buyers need help making changes to a home they’ve just purchased, she’s glad to offer advice and to help them with planning and managing the project. She remains available to her clients long after their sales have closed.

Azita has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007. While many agents prefer to work with only buyers or only sellers, Azita has no preference. She says both sides are fun, whether working with first time buyers, those who are selling to move up, or anyone in between. She enjoys working with people of all ages and ethnicities and is fluent in both English and Farsi.

In addition to being known for her patience, Azita is known for listening well and respecting her clients and their families. Because she stays abreast of the market and knows the area well, she is quick to spot good deals that would suit her clients. Then she goes the extra mile to make things happen for them.

When sellers won’t be quite ready to move by closing, she’ll negotiate a rent-back agreement for them. And when they are leaving the Bay Area, she’ll help them connect with a top agent in their destination city.

A resident of the West San Jose, Los Altos, Mountain View area for the past 30 years, Azita raised her two children here so is sensitive to parents’ concerns regarding the schools, parks, and services.

She attended school at San Jose State and DeAnza Colleges. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in midwifery, obtained before immigrating from Iran.

Azita’s slogan is “Catch the wave of success,” and success is what she helps each of her clients achieve through her knowledge, hard work, and tenacity. She makes the process pleasant through patience, empathy, and her sense of humor. She also eases their stress by answering all of their questions completely, explaining the process clearly, and responding quickly when clients text, email, or call.
